A. Yes. Our ride on cars come with a 12 month return to base warranty, except for our graded items. This warranty does not cover the battery which has a finite life. The warranty for the rechargeable battery is three months from the date of receipt. Replacement batteries are readily available at a low cost if necessary. This means, if your ride on car develops a fault in the first 12 months, you need to return the item to us at your own cost, we will effect the repair and return to you at our cost. Most issues can be resolved remotely using small spare parts, we would always attempt to work with you first to determine the cause of the problem and resolve it using spare parts, sent to you free of charge.
The warranty becomes void, in case of shock, misuse or expiration of the warranty period

A. The parental remote control is a superb feature which allows the controls of the car to be over-ridden by a remote control. It's perfect if your little one isn't quite up to using the car themselves, or if you want to play yourself when they have gone to bed! The remote is similar to that of a normal remote control car. The car itself will work from the 'in car' pedal and steering controls, or can be switched to be operated from the remote control. The remote controls forwards, backward and steering left/right and has a range of approximately 100 feet.
A. The mp3 input is a standard size 3.5mm socket (the same as a headphones socket) that you can plug any standard mp3 player, radio or personal CD player in to. The car has a built in amplifier and speaker, and the music will play through the speaker on the car. Volume is controlled by the player or radio that is plugged in.
